We recognize the service that our Active Duty, Veterans, and Reservists have done to help keep us safe, now we want to help them have a safe haven and a comfort zone called - HOME!

How It Works

Our Military Rewards Program is designed to help our Military Community with their closing costs when purchasing or selling a home.

The Reward is based on the purchase or sale price along with the commissioned earned by the Coldwell Banker Premier Properties Sales Associate. We will be giving back 20% of that commission as a credit to you at closing.

What Do You Have To Do

There are three requirements that have to be met.

1. Contact your local Coldwell Banker Premier Properties Sales Associate

2. Provide proof of eligibility:

Military ID for Actuve Duty and Reservists

or a

DD-214 stating you were Honorably Discharged for Veterans

3. Cannot be enrolled in any other referral program.
